Terms & Conditions

Studio Policies and Terms

At Ignite Yoga & Wellness, our goal is to create a safe, consistent, and high-quality experience for every person who walks through our doors. The following policies are in place to support that environment and ensure clarity for all clients. By creating an account, booking a class, or making a purchase through our website or app, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Account Responsibility

Account Registration, Booking & Waiver Requirements

All class reservations, purchases, and liability waivers are processed through the Ignite Yoga & Wellness website or branded mobile app.

By creating an account and booking a class, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed and agreed to the studio's policies, completed and signed the required liability waiver, and understand the nature of the services and activities in which they are participating.

All required documentation must be completed prior to participation in any class or wellness offering.

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in yoga, fitness, and wellness activities involves inherent physical risks. All clients are required to complete a liability waiver prior to participating in any class or wellness offering at Ignite Yoga & Wellness.

By participating, clients acknowledge that they voluntarily assume the risks associated with physical activity, are responsible for monitoring their own physical condition, and agree to modify movements, take breaks, or discontinue participation as needed.

Clients understand that participation is voluntary and that Ignite Yoga & Wellness and its instructors are not responsible for injuries sustained during participation to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Heated Class Participation (Infrared)

Ignite Yoga & Wellness offers infrared-heated classes with temperatures generally ranging from 90°F to 105°F or higher.

By participating in a heated class, clients acknowledge and understand the increased physical demands associated with movement in a heated environment, the importance of adequate hydration and electrolyte balance, and the potential risks of heat-related illness, dizziness, dehydration, overheating, and fatigue.

Clients are expected to hydrate appropriately before, during, and after class; take breaks or discontinue participation when experiencing discomfort, dizziness, or signs of overheating; inform the instructor of any immediate concerns affecting their ability to participate safely; and exercise personal judgment regarding their physical limits and participation.
